UMEGO 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy

At UMEGO, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a hassle-free replacement.
1. Replacement Eligibility
Replacement requests can be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A replacement will be provided in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective item.
- You received the wrong product.
- An item is missing from your order.
To process your request quickly, we may ask for:
- Your Order Number
- Registered Mobile Number
- Clear images of the product
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
2. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a replacement, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Have all tags and accessories intact.
- Show no signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
For hygiene and quality reasons, replacement or refund requests cannot be accepted in the following situations:
- Socks that have been used, worn, tried on, or washed.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Damage caused due to improper use or mishandling.
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
- Minor variations in color due to screen settings.
- Personal preference changes related to color, size, or design after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular usage.
4. Quality Inspection
All replacement requests are subject to quality verification.
Once the returned item is received, our team will carefully inspect the product. UMEGO reserves the right to decline any request if the product is found to be:
- Used or washed.
- Physically damaged after delivery.
- Altered or tampered with.
- Returned in a condition inconsistent with the information provided during the claim process.
5. Refund Policy
As a hygiene-focused category, UMEGO primarily offers replacements instead of returns.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional situations where:
- A replacement product is unavailable, or
- The issue cannot be resolved through replacement.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer or UPI.
6. Fraud Prevention
To maintain fairness for all customers, UMEGO reserves the right to refuse any claim that appears fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with this policy.
Repeated misuse of the replacement process may result in future orders being restricted or cancelled.
