After placing an order:

  • An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking details.

  • You may also receive updates through SMS or email regarding your shipment status.

3. Shipping Coverage

UMEGO currently ships across India to all serviceable pin codes.

Delivery availability may vary depending on courier partner coverage and regional logistics conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website and applied automatically when eligible.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on:

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes across India.

UMEGO reserves the right to restrict COD for certain locations or orders.

10. Lost Shipments

Orders Lost During Delivery

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner:

  • A replacement order may be dispatched, subject to stock availability.

  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

Customer Return Shipments Lost in Transit

For products being returned by customers through self-arranged shipping, responsibility remains with the customer until the parcel is successfully received by UMEGO.

11. Out-of-Stock Products

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • Customers will be informed promptly.

  • Alternative product options may be offered.

  • Customers may choose a replacement or request a full refund.

UMEGO maintains transparent pricing.
