At UMEGO, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver premium-quality socks and accessories that meet your expectations. This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds may be processed.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags and packaging are intact.

The product is in resalable condition.

The request falls under an eligible return reason.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement
We will accept return, replacement, or exchange requests in the following situations:

Wrong product delivered.

Damaged product received.

Manufacturing defect.

Missing item in the package.

Product received in poor condition.
To help us verify the issue, customers may be asked to provide:

Unboxing video (recommended for damaged or missing item claims)
3. Non-Eligible Return Requests
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

Product has been used, worn, or washed.

Original packaging or tags are missing.

Minor color variations due to photography or screen settings.

Damage caused after delivery.

Return request raised after 30 days of delivery.

Customized or personalized products.

Clearance sale or final sale products (unless defective).
4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product has a different value, the customer may be required to pay the difference or receive a refund of the balance amount.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Share your order details and issue description.

Submit requested images or proof.

Once approved, a pickup will be arranged where available.
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
6. Return Shipping Charges
For customer-initiated returns (change of mind or exchange requests), return shipping charges may apply.
For wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete orders, UMEGO will bear the return shipping cost.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued through:

Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

Bank transfer (for COD orders)
Refund processing timelines:

Prepaid Orders: 5–7 business days after approval.

COD Orders: 7–10 business days after approval and receipt of valid bank details.
8. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:

Original shipping charges (if applicable)

Cash on Delivery handling fees

Gift wrapping or special service charges
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the customer must follow the return process after delivery.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report the issue within the specified period may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
